Designed to house offices of national and international companies, JK Financial Center Building meets the demand of corporations looking for facilities endowed with state-of-the-art technological resources and special services. The building project was conceived by the American firm SOM Skidmore, Owings &Merril, in partnership with the Brazilian firm Collaço & Monteiro. JK Financial Center entire architectural ensemble was designed so that the building would become a landmark in the city. Its implantation and slabs in two different sizes provide its own volumetry, highlighting the balance and visibility of its image. The side core and the absence of internal columns provide its occupants with a great use of the office area
